Inside Sales Representatives will directly manage customer accounts, assist with new and existing business development and problem resolution to provide the best service to our customers.

Responsibilities include:            

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly or annual sales goals
  • Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process
  • Developing customer relationships in order to support customer needs and inquiries
  • Working daily with Outside Sales counterpart(s) ensuring all parties are up-to-speed on all aspects within designated territory
  • Documenting sales activities via appropriate methods and channels
  • Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
  • Cooperating with Sales Service Manager and Regional Sales Representatives to determine essential strategic approaches for sales
  • Emphasizing service or product features and benefits, discussing credit terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales order reports or forms
  • Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments
  • Coordinating with mill production departments at all three facilities and 3PL for status on orders to ensure the delivery commitment to customers is met
  • Creating and delivering qualified targets to Regional Sales Reps where allowed
  • Participating fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes
  • Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation
  • Attending industry conferences to develop industry expertise and to build network

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in sales, marketing or business related field
  • A minimum of 2 yrs sales experienceRelevant training in Inside sales is favorable
