Taubensee Steel & Wire is growing and adding to our sales team!  We are looking for top sales producers with cold drawn/cold finished steel bar and/or wire experience to join our dynamic organization.  For sales professionals, this is an exciting opportunity to join an aggressive sales team that is committed to expanding our footprint within our industry.

As a Regional Sales Representative, responsibilities will include:

Sales Development Process:  Identifies new markets, customers, products and successfully manages the acquisition process via the Target Development process.

Territory Management: Prioritizes focus & resources throughout assigned territory balancing the needs of existing and prospective customers.  Represents & demonstrates TSW Best In Class Value maximizing market share and profitability within designated region & customer base.

Market Knowledge: Gains an in-depth, working, knowledge of pricing dynamics and competitive pressures within assigned territory ensuring a high success rate when preparing customer quotations and sales contracts.

Fiscal Responsibility: Works with Accounting & Credit Dept to understand & adhere to TSW Terms and Conditions of Sale. Prepares monthly expense accounts documenting business transactions which occurred as the result of these expenses.

Team Interaction: Works daily with inside sales counterpart(s) ensuring all parties are up-to-speed on all aspects within designated territory. Documents Sales activities via appropriate methods and channels. 

Forecast Preparation: Responsible for preparing annual territory projection and monthly forecast updates.

Product Planning and Contract Review: Responsible for Product Planning and Contract Review prior to initiation of business activity.

Concern Resolution: Investigates and resolves customer concerns in a thorough & timely manner. 

Mill Visits and Trade Shows: Coordinates customer visits and mill tours at TSW facilities, and attends Trade Shows at discretion of management
