SUMMARY
Taubensee Steel & Wire Company is a growing manufacturer of quality wire and cold drawn bar with three facilities in Illinois and Kentucky. We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist to interact and support our over 100 users both onsite and remotely with hardware, software, mobile device and equipment issues and questions.

Troubleshooting, innovative ideas and communication skills, both written and verbal, should be second nature. Expect interaction at all levels. If you have a MIS/Computer Science degree or applicable training and have some help desk support experience and love Apple products, we encourage you to apply. In this role, you will provide maintenance of the client computer & device environment (Mac, PC, iPhone & iPad) by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk. You will be responsible for administration and internal support of the Company’s PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment.
