SUMMARY

The ERP Analyst / Developer will be responsible for implementing and developing applications, writing reports, building data interchanges, and training for our ERP systems.

 

DUTIES

  • Assist with day to day administration of the ERP system
  • Train and coach users in the ERP System operation
  • Maintain training documents
  • Support development of new processes for production and the ERP system
  • Develop queries, reports/dashboards, and metrics that support operations
  • Develop applications to extend ERP system functionality
  • Provide IT Technical support
  • Assist the IT Manager when needed in performing related tasks
  • Solve problems independently and learn new skills/research solutions as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Expertise

  • Able to perform effective hands-on technical support and can be a resource to anyone who needs technical aid
  • ERP or CRM System Administration (Global Shop experience a plus)
  • On-site IT Support
  • Mac, iOS, and Windows experience
  • A focus on process improvement
  • Preferred Programming experience (common platforms we employ): 
    • .Net
    • HTML
    • Javascript
    • SQL
    • C#
    • REST APIs
    • FileMaker

 

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Positive and professional attitude required
  • Must maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, 4+ years of experience preferred
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) along with strong organizational skills are required
