Taubensee Steel & Wire is an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 registered company. At Taubensee, several methods of quality assurance are in place at all levels. Quality Control in production follows our commitment to quality at the managerial level. ISO, Advanced Quality Planning (getting it right the first time) and Total Performance Reviews are all part of Taubensee’s quality management philosophy that enables us to provide top notch results you can count on.

Quality Assurance

The quality of any wire or bar supplier is only as good as the quality process in place. Customer satisfaction through quality products is our priority through every phase of production.

Wire orders are processed over computerized conveyor systems that provide automated control from oiling and tagging to weighing for shipping. Backed by the resources in our laboratories, Taubensee Quality Control Teams monitor an extensive range of critical tests throughout production to insure superior raw materials, surface quality, tensile strength, internal soundness, and proper grain structure. Certifications, tensile reports, micro-photographs and test copies are available on when required.
